With the new Asimot POS Desktop, you will be able to set up separate printers for Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) and receipts. The printer in the kitchen is usually a network printer that’s connected to a Wi-Fi router (or)USB printer. KDS(Kitchen Display System):
Asimot KDS (Kitchen Display System), you will be able to set up a separate display for Kitchen display order and Waiter will assign the order to Chef then perform actions for Orders (Accept, Prepared). Then Waiter will deliver the order to Customer and perform action delivered and generate the estimation receipts for Customer. The KDS is usually a network that’s connected to a Wi-Fi router. Ensure correct cash balances by tracking cashier shifts process with role Authentication
Now cashiers can start their shift by giving login details and entering the opening cash balance, make orders through their shift and end the shift by specifying the closing cash balance. If permitted, the cashier can also print the shift report which generates the shift summary and also daily owner can get the summary report via email and matches cash sales with the opening and closing cash balance. Any cash shortage or excess gets flagged. The restaurant owner and branch managers can also run and view the shift reports from the via Email, with our advance reports.
Run in more sales and customer data by adding custom tags in Receipts
Our customers have been using the custom fields feature to capture customer details about a sale. Still this is helpful, there are cases when a simply find could be better. For example, you might want to orders by sales channels like Phone, Uber Eats, Zomato, Swiggy and Own business Mobile App etc….. Or you might want to find your customer as a regular or honored customer.
